Find your philosophy and 'eat the macaron'

For years I have been trying to strike the balance of living life to its fullest and trying to either lose weight, get fit or be healthy.  On the one hand, you only have one life and I believe it's important to sometimes seize the moment.  What I finally discovered is how much better I feel when I'm active.  So if I can just focus on adding a more active lifestyle to my day to day routine, then maybe I can occasionally eat that delicious French baguette without the guilt.😜. Don't you agree?  It's all about finding your philosophy and focus.  So today....it's about reminding yourself to 'eat the macaron' but remember to go for a walk too!
